President's Welcome

Welcome to the web site for the American Spaniel Club Foundation, Inc. The fundamentals of the foundation are the health and welfare of our breeds. The American Spaniel Club Foundation is a 501 c3 Corporation and is the arm of the American Spaniel Club, Inc. where your tax-deductible contributions will help with Rescue and Health Research to improve the lives of all Flushing Spaniels, Cocker Spaniels in particular.
The time has come to reaffirm our commitment to our breeds. Health and welfare are essential to carry forward from generation to generation. Well-bred dogs that not only represent the essence of our standards, but that they are healthy and happy for a long life are a must. Our journey as breeders or committed owners has never been one of short cuts or settling for less. It is through your efforts that the health and welfare of our beloved dogs will endure.
We are the keepers of our breeds. It is up to each of us to continue with health-testing, breed responsibly, participate in rescue and donate of our time and money for the betterment of our breeds. It is through your commitment to The American Spaniel Club and The American Spaniel Club Foundation that we will be able to continue to work with the AKC-CHF and move forward in creating better lives for our dogs.
Please check this web site for frequent updates from ASCF on grants to Research studies and stories of dogs rescued. Most importantly…

Give back to the breed that has given so much to you!
